This web site aims to document our first year as a Vocational Specialist School. We are St. Wilfrid's Catholic High School & Sixth Form in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. Our primary specialism is as a Language College; Vocational second specialism was awarded in May 2006.We are a high-achieving school with approximately 1600 11-19 year old students.We are particularly interested in posts from other Vocational schools (there are currently around 50 in the UK with plans for 150 more over the next few years) in the UK, or Europe and the rest of the World.
